Jason came on short notice to clean my carpet riddled with dog pee stains and cat vomit. He was prompt, his fees reasonable, and he is a pleasure to work with. Once I found him, I will let no one else touch my carpet. He has a new enzymatic cleaning system which I think looks better than the previous and it has a very pleasant clean smell. It dried overnight, but honestly, I hated to walk on it for a couple of days – I wanted to savor the vacuum marks. I highly recommend Professional Carpet Care!

Jason Lund was a complete professional, both on the phone when I contacted him, and when he came in to do the work. They were nice enough to accommodate my request to make it as close to 5pm as they could, so our staff would not be interrupted. We do a lot of on the phone training for our software. No other company I contacted was willing to do that. Jason made a few calls to his people in order to get the work done that day, and he came through. He was on site, and arrived at the time he said he would. I would highly recommend their services, and plan on hiring them to do my carpets at home.
